Kara Festa
Board Member
Kara Festa is a Principal at Westland Resources, a Tucson-based engineering and environmental consulting firm. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, and Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering- both from the University of Arizona. At Westland Resources, Kara specializes in water and wastewater planning and design. She joined the YOTO Board in April 2010.
