Lupitah Hi O’Connell is a Financial Advisor, registered in the States of Arizona, California, and Nevada. She has been working in the insurance and financial services industry since 1989. She is the sole owner of GHI CAPITAL ADVISORS. She has been helping clients to achieve their financial goals. She is a member of The Financial Services Institute. She has served as Secretary, Treasurer, Public Relations, and Community Service Chair of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Currently she serves on the Board of Directors of The Live Theatre Workshop, Opera Guild of Southern Arizona. She is the Secretary for Zonta International (Old Pueblo District 9).  She received the Award of Excellence for her community involvement in the State of Arizona. Lupita has received numerous recognitions, including by both governors of Arizona and Sonora, Mexico for her invaluable assistance in the Professional Women’s Conference.  Lupita joined the YOTO Board in February 2010.
