Youth On Their Own offers the following email communications:
YOTO Newsletter:
Features student and agency news, student needs, special events to benefit YOTO youth, awards and support recognition.
NOTE: Previously YOTO published newsletters quarterly, but effective 2010-2011 school year, only two newsletters will be published each year (in the Fall and Spring to reflect the start and close of the school year). This change is being made in an effort to reduce costs and ensure more of our resources directly benefit our students. The Youth On Their Own website will become the primary source of timely information and news regarding agency news, events and student needs.
Student Needs Alert:
Identifies items that are running low in the YOTO Student Mini-Mall, i.e. food, clothing, hygiene kits and/or other direct student support needs.
Education/Advocacy Update:
Provides information on homeless legislature and education initiatives.
