Dr. Bryan Foulk attended the University of Arizona as an undergraduate with a double major in biology and chemistry, then went on to Washington University where he earned his doctorate in dentistry. He has provided dental care to YOTO students since the agency’s creation over 31 years ago.
One of the original seven YOTO founders, Bryan got involved with the organization because he personally knew Ann Young (the Amphi High School guidance counselor who was the original catalyst for starting the YOTO program). Today, he is the last founder who is still a member of the board of directors. He continues to volunteer with YOTO because with so many kids who are on their own and need support, “It’s just something that needs to be done.” Bryan hopes that YOTO continues to grow and improve and that more homeless teens will be able to take advantage of all of the services and support systems that the organization has to offer.
